Howard qualified as a chartered accountant with Touche Ross in the 1980s and his subsequent roles included consultancy with Deloitte and in commerce, both in sales and as head of finance for large private enterprises. For 15 years he ran his own successful accountancy practice, which he later sold.

He joined Berg Kaprow Lewis in 2003 and specialises in providing commercial advice to clients, delivering some of the firm's consulting services and speaking at technical seminars. Howard also has considerable experience with commercial litigation and heads our litigation support service.
