Marjorie has 20 years’ experience in personnel, training, recruitment, employee relations and line management in the public and private sectors.

She has worked in a range of business sectors, including charities, health care, import and export, IT, manufacturing, media, retail and professional practices. As a human resources consultant and lecturer, she leads interactive workshops on a range of human resources and employment law issues, focusing on the needs of small, medium sized and growing businesses.
